My general terms and conditions (GTCT)

Deposit:

I book your desired date explicitly for you and call off concerning this other dates like Model jobs or birthday invitations. For these reasons you will understand that you will perform a reservation fee at the rate of 30% to underline the seriousness of your booking like it is usual in this profession of special interest exchange. Therefore your booked time with me is explicit and agreed obligingly.

For bookings as a Sub I do need for safety reasons a copy of your ID / Passport which I will compare with your original papers on our appointment. This is for my safety . All given information will be treated confidently and deleted straight after my return. If your copy doesn`t match with your original papers I will abort our date immediately and keep the whole Salary.

Travel expenses:

With journeying within Germany up to 200 km of my respective remotely location (this can be by chance also completely in your nearness) my travel expenses are calculated after actual expenditure (each km per €0,50 or train ticket as well as taxi costs with documents). For a journey of more than 200 km I expect a flight ticket which I will book on my own and which has to be performed by you together with the 30 percent reservation fee in advance. In addition there will be an individual travel fee resulting from the time involved of my journey and departure times. Flights within Europe may belong to the Economy Class, flights beyond Europe only Business Class.

Cancellation:

In case of a refusal of your reservation up to 48hrs before our agreed date I will keep back your reservation fee of 30% as a credit for another date which you can make within the following subsequent 6 weeks. With a cancellation of your booking entry within less than 48hrs before our agreed date I will keep back your reservation fee and your deposit goes to ruin.. Also in this case already resulted expenses for travel tickets cannot be refunded and must be performed again for another rendezvous once more. In the unlikely case of " not matching chemistry" or an urgent incident of yours which forces you to abort our appointment my travel expenses have to be paid in any case and also the mandatory booking time , for bookings beyond Germany the complete agreed salary. In the case you should not follow our rules which we agreed in advance to I will abort our appointment immediately and keep the whole salary.
